The Constraints on Growth
As time has gone on, surprisingly, we've gotten more efficient at using the land and natural resources that we have by and large than we've been running out of them. So I don't think there's any deep philosophical disagreement about whether ultimately growth has to slow away. The question is just about which are the most binding constraints and which will bite first.
