Gilsa: Community operations is not new in it of itself. It's just new that it's like recognized, like you said, as a separate entity and requires a person dedicated to it. Gilsa: When it's done well by people that are alsome at it, it just shines, and your community just rockets. And so i kind of like to educate people, i guess, about here's why i recommend thinking about a specialized operations rolel or two.
