How to Succeed as a Leader in a Church

I have a hard time getting the members of our church to really love and embrace and look first at God's word. I said, we have to be very careful about that because our flesh is always drawn away fromGod's word. We're going to end up looking everywhere sometimes except Christ wants us to go there. So why in the world would we use a worldly methodology to do a supernatural work which then needs supernatural power?
