In two thousand 17, when barbados declared bankruptcy, it was paying 55 % of its g d p to service the debt that it owed. And then you add on top of that the future cost of climate change and what they need to be prepared to start paying for from this point forward. There's just out there in the deep hole, there's almost no way out.
