If you cover the droplet with opolipets, they will form a mono layer. You find that there is virtually no mobility for those oi droplets. And there's also no frequency shift any more in the oi molges of the droplet. The hydrogen network on the oil drop planes has a bit more ordered than the one onthe water inter face. It means that the interactions between oil and water are actually stronger than we thought they would be.
