The Future of Fast Casual Restaurants

I see huge potential here over the next decade for a greater amount of automation and higher margins. I don't think that Texas Roadhouse is comparable to Chipotle, because their business models are different. We're not buying steaks, we're not buying burritos, we're buying business models. The core business model of Chipotle relies on creating an enhanced fast food experience.
