Greenpeace became famous for its campaign to stop whaling in the Pacific. As time went on peace was about people and stopping war whereas green was of course about the environment. Greenpeace's directors decided to ban chlorine worldwide this was the discussion. "I said no you guys chlorine even though it's very toxic as an element it was even used as a weapon in World War I to gas people"
