I think there are people who are AI experts, which I'm not. But when you look at whether it's Hinton or Russell or any of the famous kind of AI pioneers and the risks that they have called forth. So it seems to me that if we weren't in this meta crisis and widely coyote moment without with all the leverage in the system and the geopolitical fragility and everything, that we could have time to have some wisdom embedded in our information systems and our governance. We're at this late stage where the snowball is getting bigger and bigger. And how do we inject wisdom into this situation with all these things going in the opposite direction? Obviously, you must have some idea

On this episode, Daniel Schmachtenberger returns to discuss a surprisingly overlooked risk to our global systems and planetary stability: artificial intelligence. Through a systems perspective, Daniel and Nate piece together the biophysical history that has led humans to this point, heading towards (and beyond) numerous planetary boundaries and facing geopolitical risks all with existential consequences. How does artificial intelligence, not only add to these risks, but accelerate the entire dynamic of the metacrisis?
