The Eichmann Trial in Israel

There were several assassination attempts against Hitler that were unsuccessful. Historians speculate if Hitler would have been killed in the middle of the war would that have stopped the holocaust? The judges there did not qualify as a basted so i don't think you could look at the eichmann trial as a regular capital punishment trial and the other hand it might qualify as a noechite court which may have its own powers right.
