The tiny habit recipe goes like this: After my feet touch the floor in the morning, i will say, it's going to be a great day. And so when you're thinking about your partner, oh, i told you all there was a poster. Ye a. You want toa quickly. O, keep gong you're doing. There's another poster with those words on it. When it comes to helping design for change for others, that's where you want to start. So other than celebrating with them, anything else that you can do to help suport behavior change in others?
