"I love your honesty about saying no or shutting up. It's real," she says of pet owners who get frustrated with their dogs. "If a dog bites because you said no, there's more going on." She adds that it can be hard for the average pet owner to hear potentially negative things about their pets - especially things that can't be changed with training.
