The Black Hole Is a Three Dimensional Object
Holographic principle is a system of coding on two dimensions, three dimensional information. A black hole cannot hold more information than exists on its boundary. It's an illusion that it looks like three dimensions. Maybe the whole universe is a hologram and we're just in 2D projection.
