If we were to pick a number, is it a trillion dollars? A hundred billion dollars? What would have to be invested to make that an almost certainty? Nothing life is certain. So for as little as ten billion dollars, we could this a certainty. Which then leads me to wonder why, or is every government, spending trillions of dollars on solar? Why are we not just giving ten teams in america a billion dollars each yets?
