Are You Giving Your Customers What They Want, but What They Need?

There's a distinction that a lot of businesses don't make, and it's kind of a cindo coni comes from the world of market research. You want to give people what they want, but you also need to give them what they need. People buy for emotional reasons, and they look for rational reasons to back it up. And i think anybody who's selling something, there's emotional reasons why people are making the decisions they do. But at the same time, you've still got to try and get the results for that customer that they're ultimately going to need.
