Is the Papacy the Head of the Church?

i still think that all roads lead to rome. It's the doctrine that is going to decide betweenk whether or not catholicism true. So if there's good arguments for it, and we can come up with a high posterior probability, that's the way to do it so far as i can see. And maybe there's a better way of doing it, but to me, this is like, the most comprehensive, themost, the safest way toDo it.
