Is This a Bailout or Not?

Bailouts are going to be unpopular, particularly for industries that are concentrating wealth in the hands of a few very rich people and businesses. To have some type of financial crisis would also be bad for President Biden trying to get reelected as the kind of campaign is slowly shifting into gear. So they're in a spot where it's probably say, well, like the politics is probably a wash what's best for the economy. I guess they decided having greater stability is worth the increased risk of moral hazard.
