Most start ups, their expenses will ramp up over time. Hiring people is not just their salary. For every person that you hire, you need to provide them with equipment. Undervaluing your own time can make your customer aquisition costs look lower than really they are. And whenever anyone asks, you should know your numbers.

We've cut down the fifth week of lectures to be even shorter and combined them into one podcast.
