The Importance of Blending Approaches

I was coaching on a summer camp there's a real variability of kids that turn up you know generally I do prefer a games based approach so in general I'm going to play. So then they're able to use some of those skills from the drill and that is the way that I would see is that you're sort of blending these approaches very rarely one or the other.
