No marketing prior to having the signature that is the the distinction so obviously making sure you get it under contract have that that dotted line signed and then yeah you had a bunch of pictures taken right. We had like eight pictures I always say get a picture per room and a picture of each of the there is a theory of too many pictures is overwhelming if you get a file full of 72 pictures but there's only five bedrooms or four bedrooms and two bathrooms a kitchen like you really like getting a picture ofeach room unless there's something like really bad with the property.
