How Much Does It Cost to Buy a Car Wash?
To build one, including the land, you're probably looking at a million and a half to two and a half million and up for the land. So we've made some acquisitions that were like that, not just for the car wash, but we wanted that location. We wanted that, we wanted to take down that area and build out that area. But if the opportunity presents itself and it's the right opportunity, we'll buy an operational car wash as well. It was costing us three thousand dollars. And before we took it up, you know, 30 percent, before we took those subscribers up by by whopping 30 percent in 12 weeks.
