The Importance of Talent in Machine Learning

I know you talked about earlier already that like it's kind of saturation dependent, right? We have a lot of idea entrepreneurs, or like, they're idea entrepreneurs, entrepreneurs are actual entrepreneurs. Like, the practical trade off is like, I can go to the DC meetup, or I can read another article, right? And maybe the time scales on that aren't quite right. But it's like, literally like a time trade off in terms of elite versus public influence.
