The Importance of Sexuality

The pastor Tim Keller says that the sex is designed to be a way of saying to someone else I'm giving myself to you fully exclusively and permanently. It's God's way of helping two people to be bound together emotionally, physically, psychologically in a way that is not meant to be broken. In Christianity sex is not designed to be had outside the covenants of a marriage. The idea of self giving is designed to form a deep bond that isn't meant to be undone.
