The Importance of Apps for Wellbeing

I think it's how they use I think which is the biggest, you know, it's become a stumbling block almost. The same intervention designed to help wellbeing may not help the same person depending on their on their level of wellbeing. And so where people need to be careful if we are moving on to interpersonal levels of wellbeing that an intervention that works in the individual level won't necessarily work within relationships or within a focus group for example. There's no one size fits all and apps will vary in effectiveness and efficacy based on your experience of wellbeing.
