I Never Thought I Could Feel So Sorry for Liz Truss

I did think that there could have been a bit more of a sense of occasion about it. It was very perfunctory, but she's always done that. Stand up, say what we've got to say, sit down again, walk off. So in one way, that wasn't that surprising. But I do genuinely feel sorry for people in these circumstances because your whole world has come to an end and you'd have to be a pretty hard bastard not to have any sense of this.
