The Essence Work
Inquiry was at the basis of it. Like the form of inquiryif that was a thort of therap therapist training, learning to be a counsellor. So using inquiry, so you were exploring the truth to with the person that you're you're in the session with. And what i found fascinating about that is that, as i developed that skill into personally, i felt like it also helped develop it in the outside world. It's kind of feeling like its coming through r were becoming more attuned to novelty, kind of a seeker of novelty and a seeker of truth, i guess.
