The Con Game in the United States

Reform efforts are not met by the impacts that are actually happening. The populations swept into the criminal legal system are the ones most harmed by structural inequality. Under the guise of reform we have an expanding system that is extracting more time, more money from the most vulnerable people and and families. We don't know if left to their own, n a c p and a c l u and some of the other groups that actually seem to care about civil liberties and civil rights in the united states, we don't know what their agendas might look like.
