The Power of Feedback

Most people don't take feedback, but receiving it well in front of your entire sales organization is so powerful. Salespeople only want for three things: to do good work that they're proud of and then get paid for it. If you can receive that with grace, it shows that you're not going to flip a table when someone disagrees with you. It gives them the permission and at least creates the space where they feel like they can say what needs to be said.
