I love email as the example over contextualizing. And can let me add a second one that i see. This is from my organizing days, is the looking for a product to solve the issue. So containers and other organizing supplies are a wonderful thing, but they should never be the first thing. An new strategy is like, what's the practice? What is less moves or defining what the actual problem is?
