Chemical Weapons - What's the Consequences?
I don't know what the enforcement consequences would be for chemical weapons, but in practice, when syria use chemical weapons, western powers destroyed half the air force. So maybe we'll have to go through that again with autonymous weapons. But possibly, one thing i'll say for social media is that atrocities become immediately and widely known. And people have to understand that these kinds of devices would, in many ways, be much worse than chemical weapons on a human scale.
