How to Invest in a No Marketplace Website

We typically only look for and only accept a no marketplace website with traffic from tier one countries. So that's primarily the US is the best kind of traffic. But then it also includes things like Canada, the UK, Australia, some European countries potentially. What you want to stay away from is traffic from countries that wouldn't be considered tier one. And in our experience, that tends to be quite hard to monetize effectively. We don't see one post or three posts driving the most traffic as an opportunity. This is just a red flag and almost a deal break-down"
