The Habit of Not Sending Emails to a Task Management System

Mail mate is a service that i kind of rely on, because i don't want to just leave the important stuff in there. But also, if you have to go in there multiple times a day, like th it's easier to justify not sending it to a task management system. And then i'm just doing the whole emergency scan thing quite frequently. And it's easy to lose things that way.
