The Soviet Political System
The soviet political system was dulteered in that there were two basically major councils, two supreme soviets. And then the second, which the soviet of nationalities, which was specifically set up so that all these individual am ethnic groups had their direct say in the political organizing of the sovie union. It's something that is interesting to note. That doesn't mean it always worked out perfectly, but it is something that, none the less, was different and made the so Union very unique.
