And if it gets activated substantially and enough, you override your executive functioning you start acting out of you know fight or flight. What you want to do is to actually feel the feelings and then to move them through your system so and you really want to kind of match the intensity of the emotion. There are so many things that you could do once you're already in an emotional state.
