My Girlfriend Is Lebanese Slash Mexican

My parents want my girl friends to be jewish, but that they would settle for someone white. I can't dump my girl friend because i love her and two, we have a great relationship. Dumping her just because of races, bolshot, would make me a hypocrite. Any advice for dealing with my folks would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
