Are You Building a Data Product?

A data product on the surface, it sounds like a fluffy word, you know, kind of business. But I think whether you're building a data science model, machine learning solution, or even a dashboard, you are building a product. And for other data scientists who live in an organization where they don't have a data product manager to help them, how can they build a data product better themselves? That's a very good question. Just discuss your KPIs with business, just map your metrics into the business.
