Anxiety - What Are the Benefits of High Fibre Foods?

Fibre rich foods are more fibre dense. They break down more slowly in your body, compared to a time when you might eat a sugary nut and then wonder why by the time you get to work you are hungry again. A high fibe food will actually keep you more satiated over longea period of time. Fermented foods ar great study published this year from a research group in stanford found that fermented foods help to lower inflammation in the gut. Inflammation is seen as an underlying cause of many mental health conditions,. including cognitive problems, anxiety, depression and worms.
