Sats: You are creating a future identity for yourself in the present, and you need to start magining that to day. For technical interviews, don't say, you know, i'm studying to be a sophore engineer, ike, no, i am a Sophore engineer. Having a growth mind sad is believing that you can learn something new and that you will be able to get there. If you do believe that you can do something, you are much more likely to accomplish it.
