The Cyclical Nature of Transmission Costs

I find it a little difficult to sort out what was kind of one off effects and costs are always cyclical like everything else. There's no doubt there's a cyclical element that we didn't capture in those earlier forecasts. And I think the world changed a lot when the Ukraine war broke out and we've seen supply chains come to a sort of a shutter point.
