The Dangers of Identity Politics
I think it would be detrimental, rather than minorities, if you saw those kind of quotas being introduced at large scale. I've always talked about equality of opportunity. The big discussion really is to what extent are working class, state educated people represented in higher level positions. That's a more interesting conversation to be had.
