The Shadows of Religion and Spirituality

Most people have some struggles around religion. Parkinson's model of how people cope with challenging events around their faith is really helpful here. We might choose to try to engage with this struggle in a way that could lead us to maybe approach God or seek spiritual support, he says. People can actually come out stronger on the other side of the struggle with maybe a faith that's a little bit more nuanced than it was when they went, we're going into it.
