I was a lot more fearful in the early days of COVID because that I felt rents were dropping. This is, I'm very comfortable because I can see the tenants in general en masse paying their rent. And we've all lived through markets like this before, it's a different type. So this is just part of being an investor and we'll all come out of it. Once the rates start dropping, I think the asset values could surge. That's because people are going to be feeling like now is the best time to invest. We've got, this is the low point and time to get into a good cash flow asset.
