The cost to buy is much more expensive than the cost to rent in America. This just looks like asset price inflation, particularly in the housing market and property market. People in their 20s and early 30s never purchased any property, never bought a home. They're asking for 10% down, 20%. I can't afford it. That's how it seems to many people in the economy.
