How to Take Care of Yourself
If you have struggled with self-care I really do employ you to think about what am I doing for me in my life. For me journaling on most days that can be sometimes I'm scribbling for 45 minutes because I've just got so much just like popping into my head. If I don't drink water if I'm not regularly eating and going to bed at a reasonable time it will start to have a knock on effect. So these are all things that I'm doing to invest in me and to take care of me.
