You want to look at things first of all, obviously you're going to go back and look through the chart as the patient been intubated before. Have they had any surgeries since that last time that you have a chart on them? If they've since they last were an easy intubation had a major surgery on their mouth, neck or throat that may completely of course change what's going on.
