The Role of Regulation in Consumer Lending
With Bynell Pay later, are there certain things that maybe from a regulation standpoint had helped with the consumer lending business right now? Or maybe there's some that just seem out of date and maybe it's time to take a look and update them. That is also could be a very long answer. The short version is probably the part that feels out of date is that many of the regulations have been implemented but not always in tune. So probably the biggest thing that could help is to do a streamlining and reconciliation.
