My favorite story is a story that I was told years ago by the guy who taught me Latin, and he was a very good drawer illustrator. And it's back when there were blackboards and he had chalk. He told the story of a man called Hippoclyades, who was a suitor for the hand of the daughter of a very rich and powerful tyrant. Because the daughter was so eligible, suitors had come from across the Greek world. They'd all gathered in one place at this banquet to see if they could win her heart.
