In the 19 thirties, a thing was asa tonio zo ah, i forget his first name, mister fredrick. He got some surplus animals tha they had, and put them on a couple of ranches around here. And then it wasn't too long after that. They got some exotics down here as well. There's one in the hill country called the wyo ranch. So a lot of these animals just came, you know, they were there.
