I don't think it matters as much, necessarily. I think that martinez would have probably been able to follow the simone's attack,. But i only think he would be able to help on the climb itself. And also, martinas want ed to wincs, i think. So he was 15 seconds behind yates. Would that have introduced a finessing element? They only eat oton up by nine seconds, and that was simon yates, a hundred % commitment. Maybe it actualy would have harmed yates to have another competitor there, a with a bit of games going on.
