The Importance of Recalculating
Kimberly B. Cummings: I don't want anyone, especially women and people of color, to be in a role at a company just wondering what is it that they can do to take their career to the next level. To me, recalculating is two things. Number one, it's not a turn. It's not like you've hit a crossroads and you have to take one way or the other. Identify your gaps and opportunities. When you're clear on your vision and goals, you also need to be clear on what your gap is.
