I don't think you can be a good assistant, unfortunately, if you don't have a little bit of IT knowledge to be completely honest. It's definitely something that helps to understand where everything is in the whole technical flow and also how to fix a machine because oftentimes something needs to be fixed right away. I mean, it certainly was, I wouldn't say simpler when you're shooting film, but it was a lot clearer, the process. The evolution of your own digital workflow has been something that you can't relax on at all.
